Overview

As we receive our stock from a number of suppliers, only the items, sizes, amounts of items on the website is available. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned within 5 days of purchase.

To return:

  1. The query regarding the purchased item must be emailed to quirkhavensa@gmail.com
  2. We will return your email to get some more information
  3. The next step will be decided upon by both parties

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

As we receive our stock from various suppliers, we cannot guarantee that we will have a suitable exchange if you wish to return your item. However, a cash refund will be arranged.

Gift cards:

Gift cards are non item specific and have to be redeemed within a year of purchase. All gift cards are electronic and are not redeemable for cash.
